Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

To request a return, please contact us at support@desidealstore.in with your Order ID and clear images of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

- Personal care items, innerwear, or hygiene-related products

- Items purchased during special clearance or final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping

- For other cases, return shipping charges may apply

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
